Ross Stores - 3300 Broadway Street - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring behavior and enforcing loss-prevention policies; Provide visible command presence and customer service while upholding store policy; Coordinate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize shortages; Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
