A company is looking for a Nutrition & Formulation Manager to oversee a team of formulators and nutrition professionals in delivering high-quality custom premixes and feed additive formulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of formulation and nutrition professionals, establishing performance expectations and supporting career progressionEnsure accurate and compliant formulas and labels for products, validating specifications and overseeing customer communicationDrive strategic alignment between formulation operations and business initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to support growth and innovationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience managing a team of nutritionists and/or feed formulatorsExperience with formulation and related softwareMaster's or Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition preferred with 5 years of relevant experience5+ years of experience in premix formulation and regulatory standardsProven leadership experience in coaching and developing technical talent
