A company is looking for a Senior Charge Description Master Specialist, Remote - Most States Eligible.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure Chargemaster compliance with coding and billing regulations and accurately represent services providedAct as a liaison between the hospital and the Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster Department, addressing inquiries and overseeing CDM maintenance requestsTrain hospital staff on CDM processes, coding updates, and charge capture improvement while coordinating daily CDM maintenance workflowRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years of hospital chargemaster experience, including use of CDM Maintenance software and knowledge of billing requirementsThree years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experienceFive years of experience with Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably Epic EAPThree years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, or nThrive
