Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (07:00 – 15:30)

Float Required: Yes – to outpatient department, one block away

Call Required: Yes – manager to discuss

Weekend Coverage: Call only

Experience Required: 2 years

Certifications Required:

  • ARRT N and/or NMTCB

Skills Required:

  • Bone Scan
  • Whole Body
  • Myocardial – Exercise/Rest (Multiple Procedures)
  • Gastric Emptying
  • HIDA Scan
  • PET Scan
  • Starting and maintaining IVs
  • Isolation Precautions/PPE
  • Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials
  • Thyroid Studies
  • Lung Scan – Ventilation/Perfusion

Work Setting: Hospital

Charting System: Epic (preferred – noted but not required)
