Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and local responders as directed by post orders; Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor flow by observing entry and exit activity, verifying identification and/or authorization when required, and assisting with directions and de-escalation as needed; Document and report incidents, observations, hazards, and maintenance concerns through written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate key information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
