The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategy for their product categories in the Professional Automotive Aftermarket channel. This role will lead Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives to identify market insights and trends and turn them into new product commercialization opportunities. This role will collaborate with Sales to identify and implement programs to accelerate growth. In addition, this role will also be responsible for actively managing the product portfolio as well as working with Marketing Communications to develop sales tools that effectively communicate our value proposition. This role works closely within a cross-functional organization to drive growth and achieve Business Unit objectives.
