Job Summary

We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Analyst to join our team! You will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message. You will be implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a marketing role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Core Responsibilities

• Data analysis: Analyze customer purchase trends, sales reports, and marketing campaign performance metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Strategy and optimization: Provide insights to guide decisions on products, optimize the marketing mix, and adjust ad campaigns to improve performance and allocate budgets effectively.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports to management on online sales, market trends, and campaign results.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to implement improvements and new strategies.
• Market research: Conduct industry research on competitor tactics and customer buying habits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is typically required.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, e-commerce platforms, and web analytics is essential.
