JOB SUMMARY
Mixes, pours and serves beverage drinks, stocks supplies, keeps accurate records of inventory, accepts money and makes change. Engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to customers and Beverage Servers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mix, pour & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly, responsibly, and professionally.
• Maintain high standards for position responsibilities.
• Assisting in keeping the Lounge area clean, sanitized and presentable.
• Coordinates food orders with kitchen staff.
• Operate and clean beverage dispensers and work area on a regular basis; maintain inventory; complete records accurately, neatly, and in timely fashion.
• Arranges and polishes bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
• Takes orders from customers and Beverage Servers.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Must wear black non-slip shoes or temporary non-slip shoe covers.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; and, minimum of one year experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
