A purpose-driven nonprofit in the behavioral health industry is seeking a versatile Marketing & Executive Business Partner to support both strategic marketing efforts and the Senior Executive's day-to-day operations.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. You will split your time between coordinating digital marketing campaigns, events, and branded content, and providing high-level executive support including calendar management, communications, and special projects.

What You'll Do:

1. Execute and track social, email, and content marketing initiatives
2. Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals
3. Manage the Senior Executive's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications
4. Assist with board preparation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement

You Bring:

1. 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or executive support
2. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
3. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools like Asana
4. Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain it
