L&D Program Manager V Remote Summary: The People Development team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to help deliver and enhance our core skills development programs for both technical and non-technical employees. Key competencies include program coordination, milestone tracking, and reporting on program effectiveness. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, rollout, and management of learning and development programs that align with business goals. Apply data-driven methods to assess program impact and suggest improvements. Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support organizational objectives. Develop measurement strategies, monitor program metrics, generate reports, and share results with stakeholders.
