  • Strategic Planning and Execution

    2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and customer needs within the North American region to identify opportunities for growth.
    3. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals to drive the team towards achieving targets.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve high performance.
    2. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    3. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Client Relationship Management
    1. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the North American market.
    2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues promptly.
  • Financial Management
    1. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
    2. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    1. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to provide insights on performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
    2. Data Analysis: Utilize sales data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    1. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
    2. Product Feedback: Provide feedback to product development and R&D teams based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    1. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, business administration;
  • 8 years of marketing or sales experience, 5+ years of sales management experience, with rich sales experience in dental industry;
  • Strong market awareness, adaptability, leadership and the ability to independently develop the market;
  • Familiar with the international trade workflow, relevant laws and regulations and commercial guidelines;
  • Good business negotiation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, good at learning new knowledge, mastering new information, innovative thinking and working methods;
  • Proficient in English, fluency in Spanish is a plus;
