What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized support to candidates in managing career transitions, including assessing skills, defining goals, and guiding resume and interview preparation
- Engage and motivate candidates to utilize available resources and technology tools effectively
- Assist candidates in connecting with job opportunities through various LHH resources
- Offer coaching on interview techniques and salary negotiations to enhance candidates' job search success
- Manage time and priorities related to program deliverables and candidate activity reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources or management consulting
- Experience across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, financial services, and more
- Strong understanding of job market dynamics and talent acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred
