As a Personal or Senior Banker you will establish and grow relationships of trust with Tri Counties Bank's customers by listening to them with attention and care, learning about their financial circumstances, assisting them with transactions, and expertly introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals. SCOPE & COMPLEXITY Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily. Present to customers the features and benefits of: Consumer Checking Accounts Consumer Savings Accounts Certificates Of Deposit Online Banking Bill Pay Mobile Banking Debit Cards Overdraft Privilege Coverage Continuously update a customer relationship management database with records of all customer interactions, whether in person, by telephone, or other modes of communication.
