The Senior Director of Product Management, Last Mile will play a critical role in shaping Walmart's last-mile strategy, leading a team of product leaders to drive innovation in delivery platforms, logistics optimization, and customer experience.
You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for last-mile delivery, enabling Walmart to offer customers faster, more reliable, and cost-effective ways to receive their purchases—whether through home delivery, curbside pickup, drones, or emerging channels. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, design, data science, and business leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00, with additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 15 years' experience in product management or related area.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area, and 12 years' experience as a product manager, ideally in large-scale, complex B2B/C products. Supervisory experience and knowledge of creating accessible digital experiences following WCAG 2.2 AA standards are valued.
