General Manager
Target Base Pay: $68,000–$74,000 annually (DOE)
$24.00–$26.00/hr based on a 50-hour workweek — guaranteed overtime + quarterly bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused environment
• Hire, train, and develop team members for long-term growth
• Drive performance through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and recognition
• Manage scheduling, inventory, food/labor costs, and other key operational metrics
• Create a workplace culture rooted in accountability, respect, and teamwork

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years Restaurant Management Experience
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams
• Great communicator and motivator
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive, flexible, and guest-obsessed
• High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
• Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
