JOB SUMMARY As a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, you will create a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys while supporting store operations and meeting sales goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards.
• Accurately follow Operation/Loss Prevention procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized store appearance and stockroom.
• Communicate store needs effectively to management.
• Stay updated on fashion trends.
• Perform all point of sale functions as required.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly.
• Provide a comprehensive, enjoyable shopping experience to every customer.
• Complete all required training.
• Embrace and demonstrate the Journeys culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in retail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Availability for night and weekend shifts.
• Capability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
