Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a WOW experience.
• Complete assigned store tasks efficiently during your shift.
• Operate cash registers while following cash handling procedures.
• Uphold company policies and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep the store visually appealing by following merchandising standards.
• Restock merchandise and organize products in their designated areas.
• Utilize ZNET to assist customers with locating merchandise and finding suitable alternatives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions.
• Practice GOTTChA and assist customers with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Use OBDII tools to read codes from customer vehicles.
• Diagnose automotive issues and recommend solutions effectively.
• Communicate any customer concerns or employee matters to management.
• Engage in developing superior customer service skills.
• Provide trustworthy advice to customers regarding products that meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills are necessary.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
