Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a Telecommute Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.

SPECIALTY: Adoption documents.

OVERVIEW: Verify the authenticity of signatures and documents for clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while providing essential services.

KEY DUTIES:

1. Conduct remote notarization of adoption documents in compliance with state laws. Verify the identity of involved parties.
2. Stay informed about state-specific adoption laws to ensure proper notarization.
3. Guide clients on notary requirements for adoption documents.
4. Maintain accurate records of notarizations and transactions.
5. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to explain processes and address questions.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve workflows.
8. Stay updated on relevant technological advancements.

KEY PROFILE:

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Experience notarizing adoption documents.
• Proficient with remote notarization platforms and digital tools; able to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Knowledge of remote notarization laws and regulations.
• Understanding of legal requirements for adoption notarization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain legal processes clearly and professionally.
• Customer-focused and courteous demeanor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed internet, reliable computer with camera and microphone, home office setup.

PAYMENT: $125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
