What You'll Do:A Supervising Juvenile Corrections Officer is responsible for:Supervising and reviewing the work of assigned juvenile hall staff. Evaluating employees performance and preparing annual evaluations. Participating with developing recreation and evidence-based treatment programs. Monitoring and enforcing hall rules and safety and security measures. Providing training and guidance to staff in work procedures. Where You'll Do It:This position is located in the Juvenile Hall at 2006 Harrison Avenue in Eureka, CA. Shift work 8 hour shifts ranging from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; 11:00 pm - 7:00 am; 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
