Known for its eclectic, soulful local vibe and strong community connection, the restaurant boasts four units and a growing reputation for its American comfort food, often with long lines out the door. The menu emphasizes scratch cooking, offering a comfortable and satisfying dining experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant leadership experience (supervisor, manager, AGM, GM).
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable and engaged directly with guests.
• Proven success in building sales and increasing guest counts through outstanding training practices, with specific programs or methodologies to demonstrate success.
• Effective cost controls to ensure profitability, including managing labor costs through scheduling and staffing strategies.
• A passion for food and guest service, with a hospitality-from-the-heart mindset.

Salary Range & Benefits

• $55,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience.
