Site Acquisition Manager - Southern California

Location: Remote | Must be a resident of Southern California
Pay: ~ +/- $43.27/hr--$48.08/hr ($90k/yr-- $100k/yr)

6+ Month Contract | Wireless Telecom Projects | Los Angeles/San Diego Areas

Are you an experienced Site Acquisition Manager ready to lead high-volume wireless telecom projects in Southern California? We're seeking a driven individual to manage site acquisition processes, including candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead candidate searches, understanding local ordinances and zoning codes in the LA/San Diego areas
• Negotiate leases, handle tower owner applications, and manage high-volume site modifications
• Attend and run weekly AT&T design and market meetings.
• Coordinate with landowners and clients during the lease process and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Manage permitting and zoning processes while working with internal teams to ensure quality performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related telecom site acquisition experience
• Strong understanding of local jurisdictional processes in SoCal, including LA and San Diego
• Knowledge of telecom leasing procedures and experience with search rings, NSB, CRAN, and MCA
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume modification projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables)
• Must be US Citizen or authorized to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
• Real estate license and AT&T experience preferred
