Flowly Solutions is actively hiring a production manager for our manufacturing team.

We are seeking a candidate who is looking for a permanent position to grow within the business. This is a full-time role with opportunities for overtime based on production needs. The schedule will be Monday through Friday; we do not require or offer weekend work. We are flexible on your exact working hours based on your availability.

In this position, you will be in charge of the entire production department. Prior experience managing a production facility is required to be considered for this role. You will be required to handle all production planning and quality assurance of our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all scheduling, quality, and safety for the production team
2. Implementing new procedures to improve manufacturing efficiency
3. Hosting all new employee trainings and orientations
4. Directly managing employees including disciplinary actions, scheduling, and meetings
5. Mitigating production slowdowns and locating potential issues
6. Monitoring manufacturing scheduling to ensure deadlines are reached
7. Scheduling machine preventative maintenance and maintaining records to ensure optimal efficiency
8. Calculating materials needed for projects and ordering them from our vendors
9. Working directly with the quality team to mitigate production defects

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience working as a production manager in a manufacturing environment is required
2. Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
3. Production project management experience
4. Experience managing production employees
5. The ability to stand for the entire workday
6. Strong communication skills
7. Reliable transportation to work
8. No formal education is required
