Job Description:

Ticket Broker - your primary responsibility will be to source, acquire, and manage event tickets for various clients, ensuring they have access to the events they desire. You will play a critical role in our success by using your knowledge of the ticket industry, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Acquisition:
   Source and acquire event tickets through various channels, including direct purchases, partnerships, and ticket exchanges.
   Monitor ticket availability and pricing trends to secure the best deals for our clients.
   Negotiate with ticket suppliers to obtain preferred pricing and seating options.
2. Client Relations:
   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
   Consult with clients to understand their event preferences and requirements.
   Provide expert advice on seating options and event choices.
3. Sales and Marketing:
   Promote available tickets and packages to clients through effective marketing strategies.
   Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
   Track and report on ticket sales and revenue targets.
4. Customer Service:
   Offer top-tier customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
   Manage ticket orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
   Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Market Research:
   Stay updated on industry trends, event schedules, and popular venues.
   Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
   Provide insights and recommendations for ticket pricing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in the ticket brokerage industry or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and industry trends.
• Sales and marketing experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
