Operations Administrator, ECM Programs

The Operations Administrator for Enhanced Care Management will help to increase program profitability by assisting in the management of the Enhanced Care Management program related administrative duties. Through their reviews of day-to-day activities of our front-line field staff, this qualified candidate will help us analyze our shortfalls and work collaboratively with Program Managers to track improvement of insufficiencies. The idea candidate will be highly organized and self-efficient in their remote position as they will play a key role in ensuring Program Managers have sufficient time in their day to focus on actionable items with their direct reports. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor KPI reports to identify areas of improvement
  • Handle file management systems for updated training dates, program related trainings materials, county specific resources, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with Program Managers to ensure compliance with health plan documentation requirements
  • Monitor the Enhanced Care Management email and filter emails by Health Plans and managers.
  • Complete reports in a timely manner (There are several monthly and quarterly reports)
  • Assist with the ordering of program relevant materials
  • Work collaboratively with IT to process and assign referrals in accordance with program specific date restrictions
  • Perform internal and external system audits to ensure team utilization of proper tools
  • Ensuring Authorizations are up to date
  • Backlogging in portals
  • Reviewing CC touches
  • May be asked to make calls and schedule appointments


Qualifications

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Experienced in tracking productivity metrics and generating reports to improve team performance
  • Proficient in utilizing office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Previous experience working with shared management systems such as Salesforce is strongly preferred


  • Experience in reviewing client charts within EHRs to ensure compliance with health plan standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to weigh the importance of competing priorities against tight deadlines


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Certified Administrative Assistant or Microsoft Office Specialist certifications preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
