1)Good knowledge on Imaging/Staging of desktops, laptops and other related devices. 2)Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. 3) Must have reliable transportation and clean driving history4) Travel to nearby sites would be required. 5)Ability to set up, configure and add all hardware. 6)Assist client internal IS technicians with large IMAC's. 7) Provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person. 8) Assist coworkers in the resolution of end-user's technical issues. 9) Assist coworkers in the execution of established processes and escalations. 10) Work on Deploying Operating System on Desktop/Laptops etc. using SCCM 11) Test, image and clean PC's, laptops, monitors, printers, and other related hardware. 12)Following proper manufactures procedures for ordering parts and returning defective parts. 13)Manage (Service Now) ticket queue constantly throughout the day. 14) Response to end-user issues via face-to-face interaction, telephone, or escalated help desk tickets. 15) Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. 16) Gather information to determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. 17) Partners with other departments to provide technical assistance. 18) Identify priorities and redirect problems to appropriate resources. 19) Organize ideas and communicate appropriate messages. 20) Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.21) Handling all designated workstation installations and updates
